Richie will sadly be missed by many in Meadowbrook. He would walk by my house probably 4 or more times a day. He wore his Russian hat in the winter so you knew it was cold, he carried his umbrella so you knew it was going to rain. He never missed petting my dog Jessie and saying hello to me. Always asking if I needed help with anything. I still live in the house I grew up in and I can't remember a time that he wasnt around. Rest in peace Richie!!!!!

We are so saddened to hear about the passing of our friend and neighbor Richie. We have been his neighbor for over 40 years. He was so thoughtful and kindhearted towards everyone. For many years, he always put our trash cans in the backyard after trash was collected. Every morning, he would put our paper in the mailbox no matter what the weather was. We would tell him he didn’t have to do that, he would reply “I want you to have a nice day”. He will be missed and forever remembered as our thoughtful and kind friend.
