Richard and Shirley met during High School and enjoyed 61 years of Marriage building a family filled with Love and Laughter. Everyone who met Rich, were drawn to him immediately, and loved him. When you spoke to Rich it was apparent how much he loved his Family, Friends, and Philadelphia Sports. Especially, the 76ers, he would argue Wilt Chamberlain was the greatest of all time. Maybe his greatest love of all besides Family and Friends was Neil Diamond.

His commitment to his work was unwavering and he was respected by colleagues, and made lifelong friends while working there.
