Robert N. Ford, of Maple Shade, passed away on August 8, 2017. Born in Wilmington, DE, Bob was 76 years old.
Bob attended Boch VoTech and was a carpenter for H&W Local #53 in Philadelphia for 30 years. He also worked in retail for Caldor in Maple Shade and K-Mart in Marlton.
Bob was the beloved husband of JoEllen (nee Marion) for 36 years. Loving father of the late Jessica Theresa Ford, Stephen Robert Ford, Stephanie Ford, Patty-Lee DiMaria, Robert Ford, the late Regina Ford, Theresa Ford, and Karen Ford. Dear grandfather of the late Heather Marie Papas and Jessica DiMaria. Great grandfather of Jeremiah and Zander. Loving brother of the late Kathleen-Ray Fowles of Napa, CA, the late Lawrence Ford of Reno, NV, Raymond L. Ford Jr. of FL, and Linda Griffith of Napa, CA. He is also survived by many loving brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, Raymond L. Ford and Kathleen Ford (nee Breslin).
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Bob's life celebration memorial gathering at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main St., on Saturday from 11 am -1 pm. His memorial service will begin at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bob's memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
