Robert Socci's Obituary
Robert J. Socci, a resident of Delran for over 45 years and originally from Bronx, New York passed away Wednesday December 17, 2014. Born on August 18, 1936 to Angelina and Joseph Socci he was the youngest of four boys. Predeceased by brothers Alfred, Dominic and Joseph.
Bob and Zita Socci were married in 1961 and celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary in 2010 prior to Zita’s passing. Together they raised two children. Dear father to Robert Socci and his wife Debra, and Edward Socci and his wife Bettina. Loving grandfather to Dominic Joseph, John Andre, Joseph Anthony and Nicholas Francis.
He will be remembered for his generosity, dedication to the profession of engineering, faithfulness to the Church of the Holy Name, love of cooking and sharing of foods with family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to Robert’s Life Celebration on Saturday December 20th at 9:30 am followed by the celebration of Mass at 10:30 am at Church of the Holy Name, 260 Conrow Rd. Delran, NJ.
Inurnment will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Church of the Holy Name, Delran, NJ.
