Mr. Roger A. Bower's Obituary
Roger A. Bower passed away peacefully on April 14, 2014. Born in Philadelphia, Roger was 81 years old. He was a resident of Delran and formerly of Cinnaminson and Philadelphia. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Roger was the owner of Bower’s Aquarium in Kensington from 1956 to 1981. Beloved husband of 52 years to Patricia A. (nee Meredith). Loving father of Roger (Barb), Patricia (Scott) Raab, Kathleen Phillips, Joanne (Matt) Hamilton, James (Eva) and Michael. Grandfather of Sabrina, Cory, Devon, Kelsey, Kyle, the late Meredith, William, Christina, Bryan, Taylor, Brandon, James, Breanna, Michael, Hali, Kristen, Rebekah and Alyssa. Brother of Dorothy Lopes. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Roger's Life Celebration and viewing Monday Eve 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 9-10 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. His Funeral Mass will follow 10:30 a.m. at the Resurrection Parish, Church of the Holy Name, 260 Conrow Road, Delran, NJ. Interment, with Military Honors, will follow at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, Langhorne, PA.
