Rose Perrone's Obituary
Rose (née Santore) Perrone of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away peacefully on February 3, 2025, at the age of 92.
Born on August 16, 1932, to the late Leon and Rose (née Pistoia) Santore. Rose graduated from Moorestown High School with the Class of 1950. A lifelong resident of Maple Shade, she raised her family in the same town where she grew up.
Rose was a devoted mother to James Fidler, Ernest “Chip” Perrone, and Scott Perrone. She built a career, working at Oki Data Americas in Mount Laurel and as a sales associate at JCPenney in the Cherry Hill Mall, where her humor and warm spirit left a lasting impression on those she met.
Family was at the heart of Rose’s life. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren—Taylor, Evan, Christina, Grace, Rachel—who will forever remember her love and warmth. Rose’s passion for cooking filled her home and created treasured memories for her family. She also found great happiness in painting and traveling.
Those who knew Rose will remember her outgoing, loving personality, and her generous heart.
Rose is survived by siblings, Mary MacAdams and Leon Santore.
Relatives and friends are invited to honor and celebrate Rose’s life at her visitation on Saturday, February 8, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Givnish Funeral Home, 600 E. Main Street, Maple Shade, NJ, 08057, followed by a memorial service at 12:00 PM.
Interment will be private.
