Rosemarie B. Grant's Obituary
Rosemarie B. Grant, 91, formerly of Mechantville, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on November 26, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA on November 12, 1933 to Peter and Beatrice Scelsi. Devoted wife to the late Robert M. Grant. for 65 years before his passing in 2019. Beloved mother to Jacqueline Grant, Robert J. Grant (Sandy), and the late Jeffrey Grant (Lorna). Dear grandmother to Amanda, Sean, Robert, and Jenna Grant. She was preceded in death by her brother Paul. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Rosemarie was a homemaker to her 3 kids. Once they grew up she went to work for the Philadelphia Shipyard where she worked for the chief of police for 17 years.
A gathering of friends and family will be held at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main Street from 10-12pm on Tuesday, December 3rd. Her memorial service will follow at 12:00pm. Inurnment will take place at Locustwood Memorial Park in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Angels Helping Animals, 326 New Albany Road, #100, Moorestown, NJ 08057.
