Rosemary A. Kara's Obituary
Rosemary A. Kara (nee Max) passed away peacefully on August 9, 2018. Born in Philadelphia, Rosemary was 86 years old. She was a resident of Delran, NJ since 1961.
She graduated from St. Mary’s Nursing School, Philadelphia. Rosemary was a registered nurse with the Zurbrugg Hospitals for many years. Rosemary was a devout parishioner of St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Riverside and Resurrection Parish, Delran.
Rosemary enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her 10 grandchildren.
Beloved wife of 45 years to the late John Kara. Wonderful mother of Paul F. Kara and his wife Grace, Donna M. Barnes, Lisa A. Dadino and her husband Ronald, Joanne Leibrand and her husband John, and the late Francis Kara.
Cherished grandmother of Michael, Robert, Vanessa, Kara, Dana, Christopher, Daniel, Jessica, Nicole, and Keith.
Sister of William Max and his wife Jeanne. Sister-in-law of Kimiko Max.
Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday 9-10:30 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
Her Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at Resurrection Parish, Church of the Holy Name site, 260 Conrow Rd. Delran, NJ 08075.
Interment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Resurrection Parish.
