Russ,We will miss the many good times we had when you and Nancy came to Maryland, or when we visited you in New Jersey. I think of those afternoons when we would sit and chat and you would suddenly call for the "cocktail hour." We always made sure we had the ingredients for your favorite drinks. In Summer it was gin and tonic. (That's my favorite too). Tomorrow, I'll have one in your honor. We will remember those trips to Maryland's famous Civil War sites and your supplementing the tour guide's presentation with your own vast knowledge. Who needed a tour guide? One of your favorite restaurant's in Maryland: "That one that has all that good seafood." The soft shell crabs, you liked so much. I got such a kick out of just watching you eat them. (Soft shell crabs are alright but it always seemed to me to be so cannibalistic). We could go on and on. There is so much material. You were always so adventurous in suggesting a new route or location on our trips. May the force be with you in this new adventure, Your knowledge may not be as sharp as your Civil War lore, but you'll pick up on it, so that when the time comes for us to join you, we will again have our own personal guide. Best Wishes. Your loving friends, Bill and Pat
