Ruth Harris' Obituary
Ruth D. Harris, 88, nee Detwiler, from Cherry Hill passed away unexpectedly on May 10, 2013. The wife of her late husband, William S. Harris, was born in Beverly, NJ on April 9, 1925. She was survived by her loving daughter Christine Jovanovich, son-in law Gary, grandson Greg, her sister Bertha Manecio, sisters-in-law Mary Detwiler and Beverly Harris as well as many nieces and nephews. Ruth and her late husband of 58 years spent many summers at their home in Surf City. She was also an avid golfer and bowler. Ruth spent many years doing volunteer work for 20+ years at the Virtua Hospital in Burlington and for the last 5 years at the Cadbury Corner Store
