Ruth E. Owen's Obituary
Ruth E. Owen (nee Jobe), 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Saturday March 23, 2019, after an extended battle with dementia.
Ruth was born in Connersville, Indiana and later lived in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Ohio. She worked in retail most of her life and loved sewing, quilting, crafting and reading.
Ruth is survived by her 3 children Rena L. McNeill (Bruce), Randall J. Owen (Gina), and Rhonda K. Baker. Ruth was a proud and loving grandma to Christopher J. McNeill (Lori), Michelle E. Forbes (Jeremiah), Rebecca L. Sperling (Darren), Elizabeth D. Cyrus (Brandon), and Kelly M. Owen; a great grandma of 7; and an aunt to several nieces and nephews.
