Ruth A. Thornton, of Voorhees, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2015. She was 82 years old.
Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Walter E. Thornton for 50 years. Loving mother of Pamela McDonnell (Bruce) and Denise Cardella (Charles). Dear grandmother of Jesse (Alicia), Chaz, Brian, and Shane. Loving sister of Joyce Fair, sister-in-law of Dorothy Moore and Jane Thornton. Best friend of Maxine Sturgeon.
Family will hold services privately. In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth’s name may be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
