Shirley J Horton (nee Barber) 84 of Voorhees NJ passed away peacefully on March 22, 2020. Loving wife to John B Horton for 67 years.
Dear mother to Deborah J Pierce (Edward) the late David J. Horton and daughter in law Lorraine.
Dear Grandmother to Scott, Heather, Alyssa, Derek and Evie, and Dear Great Grandmother to John Edward and Emma Rae.
Sister to the late Sarah (the late John) Schneider, the late Louise (the late Albert) McCaffrey, the late Trudy (the late Jack) McCloskey, the late George (the late Virginia) Barber, the late Robert (Bonnie) Barber and Ed (Ada) Barber.
Shirley had a blessed life and a steadfast faith in God. Shirley felt very blessed by her church family at Faith Presbyterian Church, Medford NJ. Faith church provides so much love and support for Shirley and her family. Shirley was also blessed by the love and support received by Samaritan Hospice.
Shirley enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Shirley and John were inseparable; you never saw them walking together without holding hands.
Shirley loved to quilt and poured her love into every quilting project which she happily gifted.
