Shirley Marion Kennedy (nee Teufel) of Delran, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Charles and Maria (Ciaverelli) Teufel.
Shirley was the beloved wife of David L. Kennedy, Sr.; loving, caring mother of David L. Kennedy, Jr. (Rose), Patricia Paleologus (Nino) and Guy Kennedy (Cheryl); cherished grandmother of Courtney (Derek), Chris, Niko (Caitlin), Justin (Sarah), Brett, Wade (Jessica), and Miki (Francine); great- grandmother of Jameson, Miles, and Stevie. Shirley and Dave raised their family in Philadelphia, where they had many other family members and friends. Shirley was devoted to her family. Shirley loved entertaining family and friends with her delicious meals and desserts. She will be greatly missed. Shirley was 93 years old.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Rt. 130 North, Cinnaminson, NJ on August 16, 2024 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 am. Inurnment to take place privately at a later date.
