I met Steve when I was over my cousin "s Jamie , (Bolado house )house, then again when a few of us used to hang out back in the day , Steve always would say hi or what's up with a smile on his face, Steve was in town last summer and I had the opportunity to chat with him , he still had that big smile and said hi Di, what's up ? We talked about things back in the day and I told him there are some things that bothered me about then , his response was Diane don't let people bring you down you are better than that , of they can't see that then that's there problem , that chat really met a lot to me , Same old Steve always helping someone and giving advice ,I thank you my friend for always being there and being you ,He had the biggest smile and heart , I will diffently miss you my friend ,
I'll miss you my big cousin. I love you.

Just a small memory for Steve's children and the rest of the family: I have a dog walking service and often walked Jack, a wonderful German Shepherd who came here to the Grand Cherry Hill as a puppy. Whenever we would see Steve on a walk Jack would wag his tail so hard his butt would swing back and forth and he'd stumble. He loved Steve so much. Then he'd launch himself forward--Steve would laugh and pet him and get face kisses. Jack did this outside on the sidewalk, in the elevators, and in the hallways--anywhere we saw Steve. It's a fine measure of a man to be loved so much, not only by his family, friends, and people he met, but also by a dog who can only judge people based on their kindness.

All of my sympathy to the family for this great loss. Steve was a bright light here at the Grand Cherry Hill where he worked. I saw him often and was always cheered by his smile and personality. He was my favorite person on staff--always helpful and excellent at his job. Please know that Steve touched many lives and that we all benefited from his presence. I join you in your sadness.
