Teresa Ann Breward's Obituary
Teresa Ann Breward passed away peacefully on December 7th, 2021. Born in Philadelphia to Alfred and Teresa (Viscuse) Breward. Teresa Ann was 69 years old. Teresa Ann is survived by many cousins of her family who loved her dearly. Teresa is survived by her life companion, Larry Cardonick. Teresa Ann was the President of the Catholic League for Persons with Disabilities, in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Through her service and dedication, she brought a wonderful community of friendships together.
A gathering of family and friends will be this Saturday, from 9:30 am – 11:00 am at St. Katherine of Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19144. Teresa Ann’s funeral mass will follow at 11:00 am.

Burial will take place at St. Dominic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Handicap Program at St. Katherine of Siena.
