Sensei Pierce was a very good teacher and a very nice person I learned a lot from him after studying karate and close combat in the Marine Corps and from my father I still learned a lot more from Sensei Pierce God bless him rest in peace sensei
I’m very sorry to hear of Terry’s passing. I studied Aikido under him on and off for a few years. He was a very nice guy and I learned a lot from him on and off the mats. I now study jiujitsu and think of him often when I wrist lock someone! I’ll have a sake toast to him at Sagami Japanese restaurant (where he introduced me to sushi). RIP Sensei
