Thomas James Herron's Obituary
Thomas James Herron, affectionately known as “Tommy” to those who knew and loved him, passed away at his home in Maple Shade, NJ on June 3, 2020, after a brief but valiant fight against cancer. He was 33 years old.
Tommy had a love for food, cooking, gardening, fishing, art, and music. He loved to spend time with his family and close friends. He was a great conversationalist and a compassionate best friend to all who knew him.
Tommy was the beloved son of Thomas Alan and Sharon Lynne (Gubbei) Herron. Dear brother of Kevin Alan Herron. Cherished grandson of Ronald Gubbei, Vernie Rathbun, the late Rose Gubbei, James and Rita Herron. Loving nephew of Denise and Craig Dennin, Susan McShane, David DiMartino, Martha DiMartino, and the late Thomas McShane, Dennis and Arlene Herron. Dear cousin of Jennifer DiMartino, Kyle Dennin, Alyssa and Austyn Gubbei, Dennis, David, Douglas, Danielle, and Jimmy Herron, and Travis DiMartino. A dear friend of Thomas Barrar, Aaron Woods, and Dave Bailey. Godfather of Angelina Bailey.
Tommy’s family will be holding a memorial service via Zoom on Friday, June 12th at 7 pm.
