Thomas G. Walker, Sr.
Age 81 years, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2013. Thomas was born on February 8, 1932, the last of thirteen children, to the late Lizzie (Wright) and Abner Walker in Milton, FL. He was a resident of Delran, New Jersey since 1974. Thomas was employed at Campbell Soup for over 35 years, where he was a faithful employee until his retirement Thomas was a faithful and committed Christian and a loving member of Parkside United Methodist Church serving as Head of the Men?s Usher Board. Beloved husband of the late Benavie ?Lois? Walker. Thomas leaves to cherish his memory, two sons, Thomas. Jr. and Malcolm, a daughter-in-law, Jeanine Davidson-Walker. Brother of Prince Walker, Susie Sanders, and Gertrude Speights. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Thomas? Life Celebration and Memorial Service Saturday starting 9 a.m. at Parkside United Methodist Church 1418 Kaighns Ave. Camden, NJ 08103. His Memorial Service will follow at 10 a.m. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
