Trooper Sean E. Cullen's Obituary
NJ State Police Trooper Sean E. Cullen passed away suddenly in the line of duty on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. Born in Dublin, Ireland, Sean was 31 years old. He was a resident of Cinnaminson, NJ for the last 23 years. Sean was a 2003 graduate of Cinnaminson High School where he had over 100 wrestling wins. Sean was an All-American wrestler at Lycoming College where he graduated in 2007 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2012. Sean was a graduate of the 154th State Police Class, stationed at Bellmawr. Loving fiancé of Aryn McCormick and cherished father of Seamus Cullen. Beloved son of Eamonn J. and Deirdre A. Cullen. Brother of Garrett, Matthew and Jennifer (Neil) Kelleher. Grandson of Elizabeth and the late Nicholas Cullen and the late Jack and Lily Heavey. Uncle of Jack, Fiona, Evelyn, Emma and Mackenzie. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Sean’s Life Celebration and viewing Sunday 2- 7 p.m. and Monday 8-11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church Branch Pike & Pomona Road Cinnaminson, NJ 08077. His Funeral Mass will follow at 12 p.m. on Monday. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions, in Sean's name, may be made to the Burlington County Animal Shelter 35 Academy Rd. Westampton, NJ 08060.
