Virginia "Ginny" Mozzi's Obituary
Virginia Mae "Ginny" Mozzi (nee Albertson), 86, of Cinnaminson passed peacefully surrounded by her family on November 22, 2016.
She joins her endeared, recently departed husband of 56 years, Edy, on their journey home.
Cherished mother to Dawn, Lynn (Jeff), Cheryl (Anthony), and Gregg. Adored "Minna" to Ryan, Keleigh, Michael, Cassandra, Christina, Timothy, Mike, Courtney, Clare and her dearly departed Collin. Beloved sister to Harold (Fran) and the late Oliver, Warren and Alice. Dear daughter of the late Josiah and Sarah (Sadie). Virginia also leaves many special nieces, nephews and in-laws.
A woman of great strength and character, classic style and tireless devotion, Virginia dedicated her life to her family. From a sweet, simple childhood on the farm to an independent, accomplished career woman, she met and married the love of her life while working at RCA. Together they built a beautiful life and raised a family that became the joy of their lives. Virginia was an avid gardener, a talented seamstress, a fabulous cook and so much more. She was devoted to her faith and served her church in many roles throughout her life. She was an engaged member of her community, a caring neighbor and a faithful friend to all. She was an active volunteer and committed her time enthusiastically to numerous organizations. Her generosity and her tireless fortitude will long be remembered. She will be greatly missed and will live on in many hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ginny's life celebration gathering at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 2618 New Albany Road, Cinnaminson, on Saturday December 17, from 9 - 11 am. Her Life Celebration service will begin at 11 am. In keeping with her wishes, interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Ginny's name may be made to the Covenant Presbyterian Church's Memorial Fund, specifically the memorial garden
