Walter A. Korenyi's Obituary
Walter A. Korenyi “Wally” passed away peacefully on January 31, 2018 at Cooper Medical Center in Camden. Born in Princeton, NJ, Wally was 66 years old. He was a resident of Aspen Hills Convalescent Center for special needs.
Loving son of the late Andy and Teddy Korenyi. Brother of Kay (George) Edwards, Karl (Joanne) Korenyi and Thad Korenyi.
Also surviving are nephews Jason (Janice), Daniel (Kylee), nieces Alyssa Edwards and Tori Edwards, and his great nephew Logan.
Wally was a long time member of the St. Charles Borromeo parish, especially participating with the annual carnival. Wally spent many years enjoying the Boys Scouts of America, Troop 199 in Somerset, NJ.
Gathering of relatives and friends will be Monday 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
His Funeral Service will begin at 1 p.m.
Interment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Special Olympics specialolympic.org
