Walter E. Ramick Jr. 's Obituary
Walter E. Ramick Jr, a resident of Marlton passed away, surrounded by his family, on January 24th. Beloved husband of Renee Ramick (née Clyman). Dear father of Walter III, Stephen (Meghan), and stepfather to Cindy (Eric) and Jon (Dina). Grandfather (grandpop) of Gemma, Mason, Daryn and Devon. Walter is also survived by his sister Caroline (Michael).
Walter E Ramick Jr was born in Camden New Jersey on December 26, 1947. His Father was Walter E Ramick Sr. and Mother was Avis Ramick. He attended Lasalle College High School and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Lasalle University. In 1967, Walt enlisted in the US Marines Reserves, completed his basic training at Parris Island, South Carolina, and completed his tour of duty as a corporal. Walt Jr. was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by trade and was the operating partner of Zweig Ramick & Associates of Bensalem for 45 years.
In 1991, Walt Jr met the love of his life, Renee Chucas at the office of Triple AAA in Cherry Hill. Walt and Renee were married on November 11, 2008. They live in Marlton New Jersey. Walt’s loves in life were his wife, family, friends and colleagues. His passions were going out dancing with his wife (Renee), spirited political conversations (with anyone) and was an avid lover of music from many genres.
Relatives and friends are invited to Walter’s Life Celebration on Wednesday, January 29th from Givnish Funeral Home, 398 E. Main St, Marlton 8:15-10:30AM followed by his Mass 11:00AM at St. Issac Jogues 348 Evesboro-Medford Rd., Marlton. Interment will follow at Locustwood Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Walter’s name may be made to:
