I miss you so much. We all do. The pain and shock hasn't gotten any less, but I pray everyday that you are happy and at peace. When I close my eyes, I see your face and panic knowing this is all real. I hope you hear me, through the tears, when I talk to you each day. I hope you know the impact you had on so many people. I hope you know how amazing you were in every role you had in life and thereafter. I hope you know how much I love you and how lucky I am to have you as my father and friend.
A memory shared of my dad.
"I just want to start out by saying how sad and deeply sorry I am for your families and everyones loss. I need to share that your Dad was a tremendous mentor to many including myself. But it wasnt just the job he mentored me. I looked up to him and how he led his life everyday. Always smiling, laughing and talking about his girls. I was a new Dad of 2 young girls when I started working with your Dad. I always felt good and sure about my life just by watching and listening to him talk about his. When it was St. Pats time, he told me about the llephrecaun trap he used to set with you and your sister and how he used doll shoes to leave footprints in the snow. Beedless to say, my daughters experienced those same joyous moments of nearly catching a lephrecaun for almost ten years and the times it snowed, i always got a big kick leaving tiny footprints leading to the bushes. I owe so many of my happy moments to your Dad, this is just one. He was a mentor, great friend and work Dad to me and so many others. He will be so dearly missed. May God rest his and your familys grieving souls."

Cindi I was shocked to hear of Bill's passing. He was a good friend, a room mate,a team mate and one of guys I looked forward to seeing whenever I got back home. Now that he is gone I so wish I could see him again.

Although it wasn't for long, I was lucky enough to work with the Bopper for a few years, but his memory will forever be emblazoned in my head... Bill was always happy; always smiling; always singing; always joking; I also believe it was Bill (maybe in combination with a few others) who gave me my nick name (Opie). Now, over 20 years later, every single time I hear a specific song by AC-DC, I picture Bill singing while working or signing while walking the hallways at SmithKline (GSK)... and it makes me smile... and sing. Rest in peace, my friend! You will be missed!

Wow!! Whenever I would see him at work I would say, The Boppers the Topper, the Whole Show Stopper. He would give me that smile we all loved. We even did a My Girl routine at a company party . My man, The Bopper. Rest well good friend.

I wish I could've told you this in person. If I turn out to be half the Husband, Father, and Poppop that you were, I'll have far surpassed any reasonable requirement for those roles. You were the personification of family first. And I thank you for welcoming me into yours with open arms.
I'll miss you like crazy. I promise to take care of your ladies for you. As for you grandchildren, I'll raise Rian like you did your amazing daughters and I'll let her use my phone like you always did. I'll always let Brendan dig. And every chance I get, I'll remind Dillon and Keiran how awesome you are.
