KOZAK
WILLIAM KOZAK passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on October 31, 2014 at age 88 after a short illness. Resident of Cinnaminson, NJ for 44 years. Loving husband for 43 years to Clare (nee Tomaski) who predeceased him in 1995. Dear father to Nancy Hayes (John), Linda Lyman (Spencer), Paul Kozak (Lori), Thomas Kozak (Penny), Marion Wertz (William) and Robert Kozak (Judy). Beloved grandfather to Stephen, Caitlin and Elise Hayes, Joseph Burke, Kevin and Keith Kozak, Shannon and Ryan Kozak, Eric and Tyler Wertz, Ann Clare and Benjamin Kozak. William served in the USMC during WW II in the Pacific Theatre. (Semper fi). Friends and relatives are invited to William’s Life Celebration on Wednesday November 5th from 6 to 8pm at Snover Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 N. and again on Thursday November 6th from 9 to 11am with a Life Celebration Service to follow. Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your local veterans' organizations or Samaritan Hospice (SamaritanHealthcareNJ.org).
