William H. Piper's Obituary
William H. Piper passed away peacefully on January 21, 2019 at St. Mary’s Home in Cherry Hill surrounded by his family. Born in Muskegon, MI, Bill was 96 years old. He was previously a resident of Pennsauken NJ.
Bill proudly served his country in US Army during WWII. He was employed over 35 years with PSE&G as a traveling operator.
Beloved husband of the late Jane Piper (nee McDermott). Loving father of William Piper, Jr. (Julie), Vincent Piper (Marylynn), Mary Jane Lesinski (Eugene) and Terri Mair (Ken).
Grandfather of Brian Piper (Libby), Corey Piper (Nina), Tim Lesinski, Erin Foy (Brian), Jaclyn Bachman (Dean), Colin Mair, and Allison Mair
Great grandfather of Piper Foy, Evelyn Foy, and Brie Bachman
A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, January 28th, from 9:45 to 11:15 a.m. at St Joan of Arc Church 100 Willow Bend Road Marlton, NJ. His Memorial Mass will follow 11:15 a.m. Inurnment, with Military Honors, will take place at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Berlin, NJ.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph’s Pro Cathedral 2907 Federal St. Camden, NJ 08105
