Age 84 – Marlton, NJ
William “Bill” Pollock, a Marlton resident, passed away on January 12, 2016 peacefully at home with his beloved wife Patricia “Pat” (nee Leary) at his side. He was 84. Born and raised in Delaware County, PA. Bill was predeceased by his parents Irma (nee Palmer) and Harvey Pollock, Sr., his brothers Donald (Donny), Robert (Bobby), Harvey (Reds), Jr. and John, his sisters Doris (John) Kluka, his sister-in-Law Carol Pollock, brothers-in-Law John Lindh, William (Bill) Robinson, Elmer (Pete) Leary and Bruce Leary Whittick and nieces Ellen Blakey and Patricia (Patty) Lindh. Bill is survived by his sisters Janet (Chuck) Blakey, Joyce Lindh and Ann Robinson, brothers Philip (Ann), Roger (Evelyn), Barry (Virginia) and Randy (Anita) and sisters-in-Law Fran Pollock, Barbara Pollock and Ruth Leary. Bill is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and many wonderful lifetime friends. Bill proudly served in the United States Navy aboard the USS Bon Homme Richard CVA-31 during the Korean War. He retired from RCA-GE after thirty-five years of service. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Bill enjoyed fishing, golf and traveling. He especially enjoyed holiday dinners and playing Trivia Pursuit with his nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his life Celebration on Monday, January 18th, 10:00am at Inglesby/Givnish’s of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street. Services 12:00PM followed by Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations in Bill’s memory be made to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Drive, Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053 or Wounded Warriors Project, P.O.
