William R. Snyder's Obituary
William R. Snyder passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 30, 2021. Born in Camden to Russell T. and Catherine G. Snyder, Bill was 86 years old. He was a resident of Cherry Hill for 51 years.
Beloved husband of 51 year as to Madeline (nee Reehl). Loving step-father of Donna Jennis and Linda Peiffer. Grandfather to Michael, Julie, Kimberly, Lisa and Mark. Also surviving are 11 great grandchildren. Bill was predeceased by his siblings; Buddy, Donald, Leroy, Bobby, Rocky and Ruth.
Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill proudly served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean War.
He was employed by American Dredging Company as a tug boat operator. Bill enjoyed playing pool, horseshoes, going to the casino, watching horse races, fishing and crabbing.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, January 5, 2022, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North
His Funeral Service will follow at 1 p.m.
Burial, with Military Honors, will take place at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
