Anthony Joseph Edwards' Obituary
Anthony J. Edwards, of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away suddenly on March 11, 2018. Loving and proud father to Amy Edwards. Beloved brother of Thomas Edwards, Tina Edwards, Denise Costello (Robert), Barbara Tietze (Michael), and Kelly Cucinotta (Michael). Son of the late Thomas B. Edwards and the late Edna Edwards. He will be missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins, his 9 nieces and nephews, and 5 great nieces and nephews.
Tony was an active member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help of Maple Shade and the Knights of Columbus. He was a probation officer for Burlington County for 30 years. Tony was an avid runner and a member of the Blackthorn Rugby Football Club.
Friends and relatives are invited to Tony’s life celebration services on Wednesday, March 14th at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main Street, from 7pm to 9pm, and again on Thursday from 9am to 10:30am. His funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, corners of Main Street and Fellowship, at 11:00am. Burial will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to OLPH Church.
