Barbara Winters' Obituary
Barbara C. Winters (Cole) passed away peacefully at age 87 on April 24, 2018, with her family by her side. Barbara was born in York, PA, and was a long-time resident of Riverton, NJ. She was a secretary at Riverton School for many years, along with being a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, while raising her three daughters.
Beloved wife of 65 years to the late Anderson (Andy) Winters, Jr. Loving mother of Linda Meeh, Diane Duarte, and Sandra Depew. Grandmother of Dana Meeh, Christopher and Stephanie Duarte, Jake and Ryan Depew. Great grandmother of Savannah and Brayden Duarte. Sister of Patricia Parsons, her children Bob and Lex, and the late Elaine Arington, and her children Debbie and David.
Barbara is remembered by her beautiful smile, never-ending sunny disposition, and devotion to her family and friends. She enjoyed dancing with Andy, spending time at the Jersey shore, girls club, annual travels to visit their daughters in California and Oregon, the 4th of July celebration at their home, gardening, cooking, sewing, decorating, and singing with the Cinnaminson choir.
