Barrie Young's Obituary
Catherine B. "Barrie" Young (nee Vaeth), a resident of Edgewater Park for 25 years, passed away suddenly on April 23, 2014. She was 55 years old.
Barrie was the loving mother of Stephen, Charles and Nicholas Young, all of Edgewater Park. Youngest beloved daughter of James and Sallie Vaeth of Baltimore, Maryland. Dear sister of Bob Vaeth (Joy), Mollie Quasebarth (Quas), and Stuart Vaeth (Ann). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Barrie received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from The University of Delaware. She enjoyed swimming, cycling, running, tennis, the outdoors, reading, knitting, gardening and bread making. She also loved her two dogs Badger and Fluke. She was a member of the Burlington YMCA, and a parishioner and Stephen Minister at the First United Methodist Church of Moorestown.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Barrie’s viewing and prayer service this Sunday 4/27 at First United Methodist Church: 446 E. Camden Ave., Moorestown NJ. The viewing will take place from 1:30 to 3 p.m., and the prayer service will commence at 3 p.m. All are welcome to come pay their last respects.
