I remember Bernie as a sweet and kind lady. I also knew she loved my Mom too.
They were first cousins and mom loved her. I remember staying at her home in
Collingswood overnight, not sure how many years it was, but I enjoyed our time together very much. I most of all remember her coming up my mom's home in Feasterville with her sister Marie whom I called Re Re and how they all just gabbed and laughed and ate and had a good time. She has gone to her real home and is with Jesus and all her family that passed over before her like her Mom, Re Re and my Mom sitting at the King's table.
Picture that! I can and it makes my heart smile. See you soon Cousin Bernie.
Love,
Cousin Dotty Jean Conger Brant
"Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me, In my Father's
house are many dwellings, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a
place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know." John 14: 3&4
I believe because I know Bernie believed in Jesus so she is now in one of those dwelling places that Jesus has prepared for her and for all who believe in Him. He is the way, the truth and the life.
