Carolyn D. Capone's Obituary
Carolyn Capone, of Maple Shade, passed away on January 12, 2026, at the age of 51. Born in Willingboro on November 7, 1974, Carolyn was the beloved daughter of the late Daniel Capone and the late Katherine Jacobson.
Carolyn grew up and spent nearly her entire life in Maple Shade, a community she held close to her heart. She was a gifted floral designer for more than 25 years, sharing her creativity and artistic talent through her work at Moorestown Flower Shoppe and Distinctive Designs. Her arrangements reflected her passion, attention to detail, and natural eye for beauty—qualities that defined both her career and her spirit.
She is lovingly remembered by her sister, Kaytee Capone; her devoted partner, Nick Cook; her grandmother, Joan Jacobson; her aunts, Joanne Burke and Barbara Bernard; her uncles, Frank Burke and Larry Capone; her niece, Daniella Britton; and her nephew, Francisco Britton. Carolyn was also cherished by her many friends and acquaintances, all of whom were touched by her kindness, creativity, and warm personality.
Carolyn had a deep love for animals, especially cats, and she adored her dog, Crystal, who was a constant companion and source of comfort.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Friday, January 16, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Givnish Funeral Home of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, Maple Shade, NJ 08052.
