Clarence William Dalton's Obituary
Clarence W. Dalton “Grat” passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at his residence in Maple Shade surrounded by his family. Born in Hot Springs, AR, Clarence was 90 years old. He was a resident of Maple Shade for over 60 years. Beloved husband of 65 years to the late Anna (nee Scapellato). Loving father of Anita (Michael) Dalton-Haggerty and the late Carl Dalton.
Grandfather of Matthew (Lisa) Haggerty and Michelle Haggerty.
Brother of Dolores Dalton.
Clarence proudly served his country in the US Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He was a volunteer member of the Maple Shade Fire Department. Clarence was employed as an electrical engineer for Allstate Engineer in Langhorne, PA. Clarence was a ham radio operator.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Clarence’s Life Celebration and viewing Friday from 10:30-11:20 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 236 E. Fellowship Road Maple Shade, NJ 08052. His Funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. Interment, with Military Honor’s, will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to OLPH Church.
