Dear Linda, Roy, and Marcus,
I am so sad that Dennis passed away, but it is good to know he is at peace and pain-free.
Carlos and I send our love and most sincere condolences. It is a hard time for family and friends, but now he can rest easy.
How much he loved his wife and family! He never felt shy to express to others how proud he was of all of you.
I remember how much fun Dennis was.
Dennis and Linda picked me up for Rutgers in our senior year and Dennis played "Country Roads" by John Denver on the sporty car's eight-track. We went to parties with our friends and Dennis always had a joke or a funny comment.
He was a handsome groom and Linda a beautiful bride.
How kind it was of Dennis to help me car shop when my car was stolen. Very patient. He even helped me how to get the best deal on my house. When a friend needed help, Dennis offered freely and immediately.
His voice had a hint of a drawl and it was kind and gentle. But, his gentleness did not hide how very intelligent he was. He was an interesting and knowledgeable conversationist. What a nice laugh he had and his eyes would crinkle up in mirth.
We remember his ice cream business and the lovely birthday parties that my little daughter had there. We had a Halloween party there.
So many, many good memories.

Dennis, you had a big heart. Rest in peace. We will all meet together in Heaven one day.
Until then, much love, many thanks...
