So sorry for the loss of your father

I remember Ed from Valley Street.... all our kids grew up in a great neighborhood and a police neighborhood...... everyone looked out for each other and Ed was a great coach to the kids at Moss..... a lot of good memories ...... Jan Harrop Segeske
Growing up on Valley street as a young kid my father had a good friend who happened to be a neighbor of ours.He was commonly known to me and all the other kids in the neighborhood as Mr. Mac. Working multiple jobs back then (besides being a full time police officer) seemed to be the norm as my father did the the same. However, I can recall so many wonderful memories with this man and his sons. It seemed like every weekend we were going somewhere, countless matinee movies, hundreds of fishing trips, endless visits to Charlie's pizza to name a few. Mr. Mac was always a nice guy to me and my family and I will never forget him. You were truly one of the good guys!
My father was the best father ever. He was a great, kind, caring and loving person especially to his loved ones. Growing up he did everything cooked, cleaned, got us to school, worked two and three jobs at times to provide for us, took care of my ill mother and somehow found a way to also be our coach, take us fishing and take us on a family vacation in Ocean City, NJ each year. As adults, my father and I loved, respected and enjoyed each others company. We often said to each other how thankful and lucky we were to have such great love ones in our lives!. We enjoyed going on vacation together for Irish Weekend, Fathers Day and in Sea Isle City, NJ. I will always remember my father as a great caring person to everyone. I would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. I love you dad! Patrick McIntosh.
Sorry for your loss. I remeber Mr. Mac from when I was a kid playing with Michael. Kim & I send our condolences..
