Our dear friend Ed occupies a perpetual space within our hearts, and his absence is keenly felt. His immense hugs, infectious smile, and laughter are dearly missed. Even before learning our names, he made a Sunday morning ritual at church to embrace us warmly. Our visits were filled with delightful conversations, and a particular joy lit up his face when we brought our beloved little dog Vito visit. Our heartfelt condolences to Ed’s family.
Ed was a servant! He loved the church. He held us all accountable to do our part. He was bold in his beliefs. He loved the shut-ins, the sick, the handicapped and the widowed. He sang to us all. Now he rests with his beloved Gerry. I’ll miss Ed Monroe. My deepest condolences Susie and family.
