If I had to describe Betty Hewish in one word it would be "abundant." She lived her life as though she had everything in abundance, and she gave it all to others. With enormous amounts of laughter, food, drink, singing, hugging, kissing, loving. Always had a kind word, a gift, a joke...something to give to you and leave you remembering her abundant personality. She was filled with everything fun, and wanted to share the good stuff with the world. She did. The sadness, she kept to herself, only revealing the the little open seams a tiny bit, and even then, she invited hope in, in the form of a dove. To know her was to know how to live life.

I truly believe I witnessed the moment when my Mother saw the " light" as she walked hand and hand with the Lord through the "Gates of Heaven".. During that time her face was totally transformed; her eyes became wide open as if she saw someone or something, then she raised up her head as if she was looking to heaven, her mouth became relaxed and her breathing became quiet! She had the most beautiful peaceful look on her face as she passed away. I was a believer before but now I have no doubt that God and heaven do exist!
Mom, may you have eternal rest and the perpetual light shine upon you!

My Grand Mother(Mom Mom) was a awesome lady. I will miss my Birthday song it was there every year! I didn't know how she kept track. As a child it was the best Holiday's growing up . The Cinnaminson house was always the place to be . Easter Egg hunts where we had bring a heavy bag to bring home all the coin and Dollar bills that Mom Mom and Pop Pop set out for us . Candy that made get ill from eating so much . Christmas was no joke either . Not one of us Grand Kids left without being spoiled . Summers with the pool and just the sense of Family getting together meant so much to me . All the memories started at a young age and today I still have those memories so it must of been special to have been part of her life and she was a very special part of mine until the day she passed.
