I first met Liz on the same day that Liz first met Conor. It’s was at Carrie and Bob’s wedding (2005) and Carrie placed me right next to Liz at the reception table. She knew that we would hit it off and man, she was SO right. I felt like I had known Liz my whole life- she was just that kind of person. Also at our table was my old friend Conor, who I met in Ireland back when we were mere babies (1995). Liz and Conor ALSO became immediate friends and it was so clear to see all through the evening that something special was happening. I was so happy for them when I found out Conor was going to move over here!!! What an amazing love story. Liz and I became Facebook friends and that’s how we rolled from then on. We were pregnant with our first kids together and then, amazingly, with our second kids together 5 years later. She’s a legend for battling as hard and as long as she did. My heart breaks for “her guys” and the rest of her family and her amazing friend group. But we’ll all get together at the end of everything and have a drink and a laugh. She’s no longer of this earth but not gone. Never gone. Love, Kerry
