Frank was our dear next door, neighbor for 20 years. I enjoyed listening to his stories about working in the coal mines as a young man before his time in the Air Force. My favorite memory of Frank was watching him on the roof of his house. Joanne was shouting at him for being on the roof with a cocktail in his hand. He shouted back “do you think I’d be up here without it!? “

It is with deep sadness that I learned of the passing of Franny. My sincerest sympathy to the family as they have lost a loving and caring patriarch of the highest caliber. My fondest memories are when the two of us spent many, many weekends rebuilding the shore house while dealing with storms, floods, and Murphy’s law. We became close friends and enjoyed each other’s company in the process. May he find eternal peace and joy in his shore house in heaven.
