James Loftus Jr's Obituary
James Loftus Jr., 61, passed away after an extended illness on August 19, 2016.
James was a resident of Mount Laurel N.J for the past 24 years. Born in Philadelphia were he attended Visitation BVM Primary School, Jones Junior High and Mastbaum AVTS High School. After several different jobs, James found his stride as a Telecommunications Technician with PTC, ROLM/IBM Systems and Siemens Communications before working as a contractor for Campbell’s Soup as a Support Technician for Telephone and Wireless users.
A confirmed bachelor James enjoyed cars, music, guitar, bowling and most of all, going to the beach in Ocean City Maryland.
James was a loving brother to Joseph Loftus (Maryanne), John Loftus (Dorothy) and Sharon Ann Akins (Robin) and the late Mary Regina (John). He was a dear uncle to many nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
Friends and relatives are invited to James’ Life Celebration services on Friday, August 26th from 10:00am to 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo in Cinnaminson, NJ, on the corners of Branch Pike and Pomona Road. His Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the ASPCA, http://www.aspca.org/ways-to-give.
