Mr. Vernile was such a wonderfully, positive man! His daughter was one of my dancers at the University of Delaware and he was so supportive of the program and of me as the coach. He was selfless and genuinely cared for anyone with whom he spoke. His positivity was infectious and you always left feeling better after having shared time with him. He will be deeply missed. 💙💛❤️
Jim, my brother-in-law, more like a brother and a great friend.
I have so many great memories of Jim from funny stories to serious talks and everything in between. Family gatherings, outings, dinners and time together at the shore.
Jim was genuine, humble, intelligent, kind, generous and respectful to everyone. Jim would speak to a Judge on the bench or a homeless person on the street exactly the same and with the same respect. That was Jim.
Jim was always available to everyone. When talking with Jim you had his full attention and whatever topic you choose was important to him. He made everyone feel special. Jim was special.
There is a lot to miss about Jim. I love him, grateful to have had him and will miss him always.
