I had Mr. Costello for Calculus 3 class in my junior year at Saint Joseph's University while I was living off campus in a room for rent in Manayunk in the fall of 1994. Mr. Costello was very thorough and easy professor. He was also available in his office after class. He was more like a friend but he wanted direct attention while teaching a class. He will be greatly missed by students and mathematics faculty colleagues.

Very sorry for your loss. Your dad was a great guy. The picture here is the way I remember him. I can still remember walking through the neighbors back yards from Oak Ave to Central Ave to get to your house to visit when we were kids. Your father was always there with that smile. God Bless.
