I was lucky to know Joe as he was my husbands best buddy. They met at PGW when they were just young guys, working together everyday for over 30 years. Through those years we shared so many wonderful times together at their house, with our daughters who were the same age. Backyard barbecues, swimming in their pool, always a fun time. Joe would make you feel welcomed and loved, along with his beautiful wife Carol by his side. John and Joe had some great times together visiting Florida, fishing, and just hanging out together. Joe was a great buddy, and John always looked forward to their lunch dates at the diner, chatting on the phone, and just hanging out. His love for family was always number one!! We will miss you so much, but so thankful for all the years of your loyal friendship. You are now at peace and watching over your family and friends from Heaven above. With our love. Joe was our neighbor across the way. He was so sweet, so kind, so friendly. He always reached out just to say hello and to ask how we were doing. We enjoyed seeing him sitting in his garage. To the family, I am truly sorry for your loss and I will be keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

Joe was our neighbor and friend. Fondly referred to as the mayor of the street. He was the first one to volunteer to help no matter what the need. We knew we were safe if Joe was sitting in the garage watching what was going on. He always had a kind word. We moved in within months of each other and watched our children grow. Supported each other when they did the stupidest of things never judged. Rejoiced with their accomplishments. To say he will be missed is such an understatement.
