I am so very sorry for your loss Louise and the Purcell family. I knew Joe from the age of 9 and later worked for him for 22 wonderful years. I learned a lot from Joe and he was like a father to me. Cherry Hill Toyota was the best place I ever worked because of Joe & Harold. Thank you for everything that you taught me and for making my life richer.

It was the late 70's when I met Jo and Joan when they would coming into the Hathaway Rest.
After tennis with another couple. It was not long before we became friend. I soon learned of Jo's great sense of humor as he often teased me and my friend Debbie. Once they invited us to there home and waited on Deb, I and our husband's. So blessed to have met him and been touched by a wonderful man. So sad for your loss. Love and prayers to your whole family and a special hug to Chris.
Louise and family! Harold and I are so very sorry for your loss! Harold had a great deal of respect for Joe
he will be sorely missed by everyone who’s life he touched! RIP Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time!
Louise, you and your family are in my thoughts.
I'm so sorry to hear this. My father Rudy Elicic and I worked at Cherry Hill Toyota. Joe always had a smile and a hello for everyone.
As the father of my childhood best friend, Dee, Mr. Purcell holds a special place in my heart. I remember his delightful sense of humor, the amazing stereo system he had in the family room in Cinnaminson, trips to Avalon, and sharing the excitement of buying my first (of many) Toyotas from Cherry Hill Toyota! But the best gift of all is the loving, thoughtful, kind daughter he gifted the world with...Dee and I are still besties some 50 years later and love reminiscing about the wonderful childhood our parents provided for us. Rest in peace, Mr. Purcell, you did a good job!
P.S. Tell Harry we miss him.
With love to Dee, Stephen, Chris, Joey and families,
