Leo A. Carr Passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at his home in Cinnaminson with his wife by his side. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Leo was 83 years old. He was a resident of Cinnaminson since 1967. He was the beloved husband Read Obituary
Nancy and family, Words cannot express how much Leo has meant to myself and all the poker guys - Jim,Jay,Lee,Irv and Mike. He will forever be one of the finest human beings I have ever had the honor to know and call a friend. He will be sorely missed by many and as for myself - I am proud to say he will always be in my prayers and my heart. I am driving down to Cinnaminson tonight so I can attend the services tomorrow. Susie and family I am so sorry for your loss. My dad passed away earlier this year so I know how big the void is. What a great man, teacher and friend! May you be comforted by knowing how much he meant to so many.

Love and Sympathy to Leo's wife Nancy, and daughters Cathy, Patty, Theresa. This is their second family loss.
I taught with Mr. Carr (as I called him) for 36 years at Cinn High Sch. He was witty, funny, and unique. I still remember a few things he said to me over the years which get me laughing even today. Looking at his picture I see him tempting me to share an example here with you. I have learned my lesson regarding political incorrectness and will refrain. He always managed to stay out of trouble but I didn't. Leo will have so many tributes that this website will stall for lack of space. He will be missed by many.

I will be praying for the Carr family at this time of loss. Mr. Carr was a great man and although his interaction was mostly with my sister, I always enjoyed the times we spoke. I really wish I had him as a teacher, because I heard he was the best! I am so sorry and I hope everyone can take some time to remember all the great time you spent with him. I know there were many.
