Leonard F. Rayca's Obituary
Leonard F. Rayca passed away on peacefully on August 8, 2023 at his residence in Cinnaminson with his family by his side. He was 90 years old.
Leonard was the beloved husband of 60 years to the late Patricia McKinney Rayca. Loving father of Phyllis, Steve (Sharon), Ken (Donna), and the late Mike.
Dear POP to Brooke (Alan), Salvatore (Jenny), Evan, Matthew, Morgan and Michael. Great grandpop to Sofia, Ashley, Brynn and Eva. Brother-in-law of Margaret Rayca.
Len is predeceased by his siblings Walter, Benjamin, Chester and Matthew.
Leonard proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. Len retired as vice president of Tastykake after 35 years of employment. He enjoyed playing golf and was most proud of his 2 holes-in-one.
A gathering of family and friends will be held this Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
His Funeral Mass will follow 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Branch Pike and Pomona Rd, Cinnaminson. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Leonard’s name may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, www.stjude.org, or to the Ronald McDonald House of South Jersey, www.rmhc.org.
