Margaret Ann Dougherty (nee Barnes) passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 29, 2016, at Brightview Senior Living in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Born in Chester County, and grew up in Delaware County, PA, Margaret was 86 years old. She Read Obituary
Dear Margaret, she was the first person to welcome us into Holiday Village East as we lived right next door. I had many a conversations with Margaret over the years on her back porch and we talked about our children, grandchildren and where we used to live, really almost everything. When my Mother was sick was living with us for a while, Margaret would come over to chat with my Mother and afterwards my Mother would say what a lovely person Margaret was. She certainly was and more. I miss her being next door but I am glad that she is at peace with the Lord. She was a lovely and caring women and we will never forget how she welcomed us to the Neighborhood. Our condolences to Lynne, Rick and the Family.
