Mo Simonka was the one player in Burlington County that I always got up to play against.We talked trash back and worth. Junior Year we beat them 13-0 at Florence and they got us the following year 7-6. It was only fitting that we each scored a TD. Basketball was no different we competed hard we won at Florence in Overtime and they came to Riverside and beat us. Very sad to hear of MO's passing. He is up their with some Riverside greats Dave Renshaw,Bob Burbage, and Bill Booker all talking trash. Mo was Florence. Rip Mo
Mikie was a pal. A great one and loyal to all that called him that. Also one of the all time great dads, rarely would we have a party or gathering that one of the girls wouldn’t be with him . We are so saddened by Mike’s passing. We worked together for almost 20 years. He was a hard worker and you could always count on Mike. He helped to build Aloha Communications Contractors to get them where they are today. I always enjoyed playing golf and fun times with him. We were able to see his kids grow up and become beautiful girls. He was very proud of them and talked about them often. Our prayers go out to all of the Simonka family.
