Having worked along side "Bart" for many years at NYC Transit we developed a special bond that few ever share in the workplace. Our friendship continued into retirement and always enjoyed his quick wit and sharp sense of humor. To know him was to know that he was a man of integrity, kind hearted and a devoted family man.
